• To operate the matching engine and surface relevant listings and requirements

• To facilitate contact between verified agents
• To send transactional emails (access approval, password reset, match notifications)

• To improve the platform based on usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

Your professional profile (name, brokerage, signal score) is visible to other verified agents on the platform. Your contact details (phone, email) are only surfaced to agents through the platform's contact flow.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. To operate the platform, we use third-party services that may process your data on our behalf. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is suspended or terminated, your data may be retained for up to 12 months for audit and dispute resolution purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
